Women's Museum Of California Hosts Second Sunday Author Series

The "Second Sunday Author Series: Women’s Voices, Women’s Stories" is a monthly series, which features women writers of fiction, nonfiction, memoir, poetry, and other genres who will read from their work, as well as talk with attendees.  The series is committed to bring diverse voices, and a variety of stories, from local and visiting authors.  The series will include both published and unpublished works.

The monthly "Second Sunday Author Series: Women’s Voices, Women’s Stories" is a collaboration of the Women’s Museum of California and San Diego Writers, Ink.  The series runs from 4:30pm-5:30pm at the Women’s Museum, Barracks 16, Liberty Station.  The cost is $5.00

This month, February 12th, the Second Sunday series hosts Elizabeth St. John, author of The Lady of the Tower, to the museum.  The Lady of the Tower tells a dramatic story of love, betrayal, family bonds, and loyalty through the eyes of Lucy, and her family’s surviving diaries, letters and court papers.
